Our Production ProcessesMold MakingThe mold stage includes the construction of molds prepared for the casting of elements to be produced. According to the characteristics of the project, the molds are produced from polyester, wood or steel material.
Carcass Making
Izmit Precast Facade Panels and decorative elements carcass manufacture, after all the carcass is roofed and the flex anchors are welded, they are sent to the galvanization and form a completely galvanized system.
CastIn our panels and all other productions, cem-fil® brand alkali resistant fiber is used for fiber reinforced concretes. All special spray systems used for casting are imported from the UK.
Thermal InsulationAluminum foil stone wool, which is light compared to its counterparts but is an insulation material with heat, sound insulation and fire resistance, is used in our panels. Thus, the weight of the thermally insulated panel brings 1/2 less load to the building than the weight of its counterpart thermally insulated panels. (3H PREKAST Heat Insulated Façade Panel weight is 50-55 Kg/m² stone wool is in the A1 fireproof class required by fire regulation.).
Installation
Completed façade elements are mounted on buildings with bolts, as is practiced in Europe and America. This system allows the loads that may arise during a possible earthquake to be tolerated by displacements. Precast elements that have passed quality control are applied by professional assembly teams according to assembly planning and schedule.
